About two weeks ago, I “rearranged” my room here. All I did was push my bed all the way over to the wall and move my nightstand to the end of my bed, but it gave me enough room to begin doing proper yoga. :]

And now that I am back to feeling 100% again, I can actually do some yoga! 😀

I feel a lot better with a new layout in my room. Sometimes, all you need is a change of scenery to get you going again. Why did I not think of this sooner?
